Business Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of cross-functional projects and business initiatives.
• Coordinate stakeholders, timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare business reports, presentations, and operational documentation.
• Consolidate and organize business data from multiple stakeholders.
• Manage inbound leads from various channels and support customer onboarding activities.
• Build relationships with customers during the early stages of their journey and coordinate handover to the Business Development team when qualified.
• Assist in resolving operational issues, tracking action items, and supporting ad hoc initiatives from the Business Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Operations, Project Management, Customer Success, Sales Support, Administration, Marketing, or related roles is preferred.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Basic analytical and data interpretation capabilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive.
• Fast learner with a strong execution mindset.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) is a plus.
