Job Description
- Manage goods movement and goods receipt activities within the warehouse.
- Maintain performance records for each activity to review and monitor productivity.
- Ensure all processes within the function are properly executed and controlled within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Identify operational issues related to stock accuracy and propose solutions to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Monitor and ensure that day-to-day warehouse operations are properly controlled and executed.
- Oversee goods receipt, put-away, inventory movement, dispatch, and export activities within the warehouse.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and customers at all organizational levels.
- Ensure compliance with all safety requirements and maintain a safe working environment for employees.
- Identify operational strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT), and implement solutions to improve operational KPIs.
- Monitor staff performance and take appropriate action when performance or behavior does not comply with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control, with a solid understanding of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, value-added services (VAS), and returns management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control systems, and e-commerce operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze operational data and develop management and customer KPI reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy.
