Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Time and Absence Functional Lead for a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a strong focus on Time and Labor, Absence Management, and Payroll integration.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations as a Functional Lead or Senior Functional Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Oracle Cloud Core Human Resources (Core HR)
- Oracle Cloud Time and Labor
- Oracle Cloud Absence Management
- Integration of Time and Absence with Oracle Cloud Payroll
- Deep cross-functional expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Experience leading client workshops, gathering business requirements, designing functional solutions, and supporting end-to-end implementations.
- Strong understanding of configuration, testing, data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior K-12 education industry experience is highly preferred.
- Experience working with public sector or educational institutions is a plus.
Engagement Details
- Duration: Through July 2027, with potential extensions based on performance.
- Location: Chicago, IL. 50% onsite and 50% remote. Expenses will be paid for Onsite travel.
- Start Date: Immediate / ASAP.
