Required Skills
A minimum of 4 years of experience with the following skill sets:
- Technical writing within enterprise IT or infrastructure environments
- Strong understanding of multi-environment architecture (DEV, QA, PROD).
- Proven experience preparing BOMs, system architecture documentation, and operational runbooks
- Solid knowledge of networking concepts (IP addressing, ports, protocols, firewalls)
- Experience with security accreditation and compliance documentation
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise governance frameworks
- Proficiency in MS Office, Visio (or similar diagramming tools), and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint)
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
