Registered Nurse
Full-Time | $40-$45/hr | Great Benefits Package
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM & Friday, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients, obtain nursing histories, monitor vital signs, and identify changes requiring intervention.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare team members.
- Provide safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Document assessments, interventions, patient responses, and outcomes accurately in the EMR.
- When assigned to a surgical setting, prepare the OR and assist surgeons with instruments and supplies.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures and implement appropriate infection-control practices.
- Operate C-Arm/fluoroscopy equipment under the guidance of the surgeon when required.
- Maintain professional knowledge through continuing education and training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required
- Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Current BLS certification.
- Knowledge of nursing standards, practices, and applicable Nurse Practice Act.
- Strong assessment, communication, organizational, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- At least 1 year of OR and/or PACU nursing experience.
- CPAN certification.
- Experience with surgical procedures, scrub processes, and post-anesthesia care.
- C-Arm/fluoroscopy experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.
