We are seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team, providing compassionate care for pediatric and adult clients in home care setting across Long Island.
Pay:
$35/hour - paid every Friday's
What You’ll Do:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
Monitor and document patient health status and communicate changes promptly
Support clients with activities of daily living while maintaining their comfort and dignity
Collaborate with families and the care team to implement personalized care plans
Requirements:
Current New York State LPN license
6+ months of experience
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Physical exam within the past year
QuantiFERON within the past year
MMR Titers within the past ten years
