Job Description:
- Manage finance & treasury matters for Invested/project companies (e.g. legal documents, fund flows).
- Prepare inter-company agreements
- Manage onshore/offshore inter-company loans incl. interest income / expense
- Execute banking transactions for project companies
- Support month end closing for respective companies
- Support reporting and month end closing for FX deal related
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Banking Operations.
- Experience in managing intercompany transactions, loans, and fund flow arrangements.
- Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash management, and banking transactions.
- Familiarity with onshore and offshore financing structures, including intercompany loans and interest calculations.
- Knowledge of financial reporting, month-end closing processes, and accounting principles.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing legal and financial documentation, including intercompany agreements.
- Understanding of foreign exchange (FX) transactions and related reporting requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems/ERP (SAP experience is an advantage).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple entities and regions.
