This is a unique opportunity to work in a highly international environment, collaborating with Finance and Accounting teams across multiple geographies while becoming a key contributor to our consolidation processes and financial systems. You will play an important role in the monthly close cycle, annual reporting activities, audit support, process improvements, and the ongoing evolution of our finance technology landscape, including OneStream and SAP S/4HANA initiatives.

Your new role:

  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS financial accounting and reporting requirements.
  • Support the coordination of the month-end close and monthly consolidation process across the Company's global legal entities.
  • Deliver key reports to the broader Accounting and Finance organization.
  • Perform user administration in OneStream Consolidations and Account Reconciliations platforms, including setup of new users, assignment of roles, and access levels.
  • Ensure system configuration and development activities adhere to change management policies.
  • Participate in implementations, upgrades, and optimizations of financial systems.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and controls.
  • Partner with internal and external auditors, providing timely responses to audit requests.
  • Support special projects, as needed.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting.
  • 7/8+ years of accounting experience; public accounting experience is preferred.
  • Experience with OneStream, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), or similar CPM platforms.
  • Experience with SAP (FI-CO modules of SAP ECC and SAP S/4) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting business processes such as close and consolidation, internal and external financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment across multiple levels of management.
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.

What you will find:

  • A highly visible role within a global corporate accounting and reporting organization.
  • Direct exposure to senior Finance leadership and international stakeholders.
  • The opportunity to become a key contributor to Group Consolidation and Reporting activities.
  • Participation in major transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA implementation and AI-driven process innovation.
  • A collaborative and international environment with exposure to multiple finance functions worldwide.
