We are seeking a MENA Regional Client Services Manager to lead Corporate Services delivery across the region, creating safe, resilient and high-quality workplaces while serving as the principal interface between local stakeholders and Corporate Services functional teams.

In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business.

This is a Director level position within Facilities Amenities, which specializes in several or all services relating to facilities amenities, including executive dining rooms, company cafeterias, onsite fitness centers, offsite gym discounts, guest services, etc.

Since 1935, Morgan Stanley is known as a global leader in financial services, always evolving and innovating to better serve our clients and our communities in more than 40 countries around the world.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Lead and coordinate day-to-day Corporate Services delivery across the MENA offices, acting as the principal regional contact for senior management, business units and key internal stakeholders and ensuring clear ownership, follow-up and escalation of issues.
  • Represent MENA priorities with Corporate Services functional leadership, prepare concise decision-ready management information, and support continuous improvement, organisational growth and the implementation of new services, standards and operating models.
  • Oversee workplace, facilities and amenities services, including building infrastructure, maintenance, employee and guest experience, mail and distribution, archiving, copiers and related support activities, while promoting consistently high standards of quality and value.
  • Manage regional service-provider relationships by monitoring delivery against agreed service levels, KPIs and KRIs, addressing underperformance, and coordinating commercial, contract and procurement matters with Sourcing and the relevant functional owners.
  • Support workplace and property projects, maintaining oversight of implementation, risks, dependencies, timelines and stakeholder expectations.
  • Maintain a robust control environment across health and safety, business continuity, operational resilience, risk and audit requirements, ensuring documentation is current and issues are remediated or escalated promptly.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Significant experience in Corporate Services, facilities management, workplace services, real estate operations or a comparable regional operational role, including responsibility across multiple offices, countries or business locations.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people-management capability, with the ability to set priorities, establish accountability and deliver through geographically dispersed employees and service-provider teams.
  • Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the credibility to build trusted relationships and present complex operational matters concisely to senior management, business representatives, functional specialists, landlords and vendors.
  • Proven operational, project and vendor-management skills, including service-level monitoring, issue resolution, contract awareness, cost and value considerations, and effective management of risks, dependencies, budgets and timelines.
  • Strong risk and control judgement, with experience identifying operational risks, assessing controls, maintaining accurate documentation and supporting health and safety, security, business continuity, audit and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organization, problem-solving and cultural awareness, with English proficiency and the ability to work effectively across MENA countries and regulatory environments; Arabic or another relevant regional language and a related professional qualification would be advantageous.

Preferred background:

A degree or professional qualification in facilities management, real estate, engineering, business administration, project management or a related discipline.

Recognized qualifications in project management, facilities management, health and safety, risk or business continuity are advantageous, as is knowledge of MENA workplace, property and service-provider environments.
