As our corporate Buyer, you will be responsible for managing ocean, air, and customs brokerage activities. You will need a strong understanding of customer/vendor service and strong organizational supply chain skills. You will be responsible for sourcing, buying, and tracking raw materials and finished products.

- You will work closely with Sales to manage inventory.
- You will help Manage supply chain-related issues to ensure sales orders are fulfilled on time and cost-effectively.
- You will Develop the team's ability to forecast/plan purchases and inventory levels using data.
- You will Collaborate with distribution centers regarding the flow of containers and available space.
- You will Encourage effective relationships with suppliers to accomplish the company's goals and interests while maintaining and improving the quality of our product and high levels of customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and providing systematic lines of communication with suppliers.
- Creating, running, and reviewing reports, making recommendations to management based on report data.
- Working to accomplish your responsibilities and goals, while maintaining the company's positive culture and effective work environment.
- Recognizing accomplishments, contributions, and effort, while motivating your team to accomplish goals.
Skills needed for this job:
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to discuss and problem-solve situations that could arise with a vendor.
- Achieve and maintain rapport with vendors and work to give them the best possible service regularly.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge and experience.
