Concept Rehab is looking for an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) to join our therapy team in Fremont, Michigan.

What You'll Do
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Help patients improve their ability to participate in daily activities
- Carry out individualized treatment plans and therapeutic activities
- Document patient care and progress accurately
- Communicate with the OT and interdisciplinary team regarding patient needs and progress
- Educate patients and caregivers as appropriate
- Promote safety, independence, and quality of life
- Maintain professional standards and follow applicable state and facility requirements
What We're Looking For
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current Michigan OTA/COTA license or eligibility for licensure
- NBCOT certification or eligibility
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A team-oriented approach
- Previous skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is helpful, but we welcome qualified candidates with a variety of therapy backgrounds
