Mission Overview:
Keystone Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. The project focuses on implementing automated lifecycle management for qualified digital certificates (CLM) and establishing a public key infrastructure (PKI) for internal certificates. This role will involve working on dynamic projects that contribute to the digital transformation of the public sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the progress of phases 1 and 2.
- Oversee the mapping of assets holding certificates and the risk assessment report.
- Lead the Proof of Concept with the certification authority and build the business case for deployment.
- Establish the transversal governance of the project (Development, Infrastructure, Security, ITIL & monitoring).
- Coordinate project resources (architects, security/PKI experts, infrastructure engineers).
- Ensure budget tracking and reporting to the management committee.
