  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate ministry events including retreats, camps, service projects, outreach opportunities, and seasonal experiences alongside the Student Ministry team.
  • Support and carry out high school ministry communication with students and parents, including emails, announcements, and approved social media, in alignment with Student Ministry communication strategies.
  • Partner with parents to support the spiritual formation of their students through consistent communication, care, and guidance.
  • Collaborate with the Middle School Director and Student Ministry leadership to support smooth and healthy transitions from 8th to 9th grade.
  • Partner with the Student Ministries Pastor and Student Ministry leadership to support graduating seniors as they transition out of high school ministry.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities such as scheduling, calendar planning, follow-up systems, and ministry documentation in coordination with Student Ministry processes.

  • Complete assignments with excellence, efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Actively participate in staff and department meetings, Chapel, Teachings, and church-wide events as needed.
  • Steward church resources responsibly, including technology and office tools.
  • Receive feedback with humility and pursue ongoing growth and development.
  • Provide a warm, welcoming presence to guests and ministry partners.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support team and church needs.
