Job Description:

The Pricing & Power Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that optimize customer profitability and market share for BP PLC. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and internal capabilities to deliver integrated pricing solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of pricing strategies across various sectors, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and business objectives.

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis, leveraging customer and competitor understanding to identify pricing opportunities and threats.

• Analyze customer profitability and design customer service approaches that support pricing objectives and deliver an effortless customer experience.

• Drive internal alignment with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent pricing application and value communication.

• Utilize insights dashboards and other analytical tools for measuring and verification of pricing effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

• Negotiate value with key stakeholders and customers, demonstrating strong offer and product knowledge.

• Develop and manage integrated pricing frameworks, policies, and processes.

• Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of marketing strategy and programs related to pricing.

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Pricing Management, preferably within a large, multinational organization.

• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to perform Business Analysis and interpret complex data.

• In-depth understanding of customer and competitor dynamics, market trends, and sector-specific pricing challenges.

• Experience in Customer Profitability analysis and Customer Service Design.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver an effortless customer experience through pricing and service initiatives.

• Expertise in Integrated pricing methodologies and frameworks.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills to achieve Internal alignment across diverse teams.

• Proficiency in Marketing strategy and program development.

• Experience with Measuring and Verification for pricing initiatives, including the use of insights dashboards.

• Strong Negotiating value skills.

• Comprehensive Offer and product knowledge relevant to BP PLC's offerings.
