Your Mission
As a Production Engineer, you will play a key role throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring that equipment is produced efficiently, safely and according to the highest quality standards. Working closely with engineering, procurement, quality and workshop teams, you will progressively take ownership of projects from production planning through final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate manufacturing activities to optimize production capacity and resource utilization.
- Review manufacturing documentation, including Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), FAT procedures, welding documentation and quality records.
- Work closely with suppliers, manufacturers and internal teams throughout the production process.
- Interpret engineering drawings and support manufacturing execution.
- Participate in fabrication, assembly, testing (FAT), packing and logistics activities to develop a strong understanding of industrial manufacturing.
- Help investigate manufacturing issues and contribute to technical solutions.
- Prepare manufacturing documentation and production reports.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality and client specifications.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production department.
- Support workshop coordination and inventory management of critical components.
Who We're Looking For

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are also welcome.
- Internship or university projects related to manufacturing or mechanical engineering will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in structural steel fabrication is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial engineering principles.
- Basic knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative and work collaboratively.
- Good command of English and Malay. Mandarin and/or French would be an added advantage.
