Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Fab Performance Analytics: Develop, maintain, and continuously improve daily fab performance reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights.
- OEE & Module Analysis: Systematically analyze OEE and IEE metrics across all modules (M1-M9) and identify, prioritize, and drive 4M productivity improvement opportunities.
- Fab as a System: Take a structured approach to analyzing material flow, capacity bottlenecks, and interdependencies at machine and work center level, in close collaboration with Industrial Engineering colleagues specializing in Factory Physics.
- Actions & Recommendations: Derive concrete recommendations from analytical findings and proactively communicate insights to stakeholders across production, planning, and engineering.
- Lean & Process Improvement: Identify and implement lean initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency while actively sharing knowledge to strengthen systems thinking and analytical capabilities within the team.
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
#### Must-Have
- Education: Degree in STEM, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical and analytical capabilities, particularly in statistics, modeling, and structured problem solving.
- Data & SQL: Proficiency in working with relational databases and SQL (including complex queries and data modeling). Initial experience with Python or R is an advantage.
- Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Communication: Open-minded personality with the ability to communicate analytical findings effectively to different audiences. Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
#### Nice-to-Have
- Fab Environment: Initial knowledge of OEE methodologies, capacity planning, or fab control logic, ideally within semiconductor manufacturing. A strong willingness to learn is equally valued.
- Factory Physics: Basic understanding of material flow, utilization, and cycle-time concepts.
- Lean Manufacturing: Practical experience applying lean methodologies and participating in improvement projects within a manufacturing environment.
