Caregiver For Private Duty

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Private Duty Caregivers to join our growing team. As a Private Duty Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one, non-medical care to clients in the comfort of their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Remind clients to take medications as directed.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands, when required.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Follow all company policies and HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred (professional or family caregiving considered).
• CNA certification is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
