What you’ll contribute to
An exciting opportunity for 2 x experienced Service Parts & Inventory Analysts to join our Aftersales division in max term roles for 12 months.
The Aftersales Division is responsible for planning, coordination and execution of all national parts and accessories activities including business development, procurement, supplier management, Dealer support and warehouse operations in order to achieve sales volume, market share, profitability objectives and optimise warehouse operations to global best standards.
As a Service Parts Inventory Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless supply of service parts. You will be responsible for placing orders with international suppliers, and ensuring parts are delivered on time to Toyota Parts Centres to support customer and dealer requirements.
Both roles are predominantly based onsite at our Altona North office.
How you’ll make an impact
Manage service parts inventory to ensure the right parts are available at the right time across Toyota and Lexus networks.
Coordinate daily ordering and replenishment activities for internationally sourced service parts, ensuring supply aligns with customer demand and Just-in-Time principles.
Monitor inventory performance and analyse key metrics, including supply rates, delivery performance, stock levels, and inventory costs, recommending improvements where required.
Optimise stock distribution and transfers between locations to balance supply and demand, minimise excess inventory, and reduce obsolescence risks.
Maintain accurate reporting and inventory management systems, providing timely insights to support planning, forecasting, and business decision-making.
Provide inventory and supplier support to internal stakeholders, ensuring quality, cost-effective supply outcomes and contributing to continuous process improvement.

Tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Experience in automotive, logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or related operational environments.
Solid understanding of parts operations, inventory management principles, and supply chain processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in ERP and inventory management systems, including SAP; experience with G-TOPAS and/or Taipan is highly regarded.
