Sales Coordinator - Retail

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

The Sales Coordinator - Retail will be responsible to provide administrative and sales support to the sales and marketing team by assisting with inter-department coordination, supporting the team with day-to-day sales transactions, and providing information when required to ensure that customers’ needs are met, and the department achieves its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The position is based in Riyadh and reports to the Area Sales Manager - Retail.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and sales support to the Retail Department Head through the preparation and updating of reports, collection and consolidation of relevant information, and coordination across regions and with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the successful execution of assigned tasks
• Support sales staff by following up on DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) collection so that Jotun’s liquidity remains balanced.
• Coordinate between the Sales Manager, sales personnel, and other internal stakeholders by assisting with communicating and disseminating relevant information.
• Convey any received external inquiries and information effectively.
• Coordinate with Customer Service on price variations, customer inquiries, etc., and assist in updating the system price along with Assist in keeping the customer credit file up-to-date.

What We Are Looking For:

Qualification:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in Sales Support function.
• Fluency in Arabic & English – both verbally and written.

 

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
