Tool and Die Maker (Midnight Shift)

We are seeking an experienced Tool and Die Maker (midnight shift) for our preferred client in metal stamping operations in a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role focused on building, maintaining, and repairing production tooling to support safe, efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and repair tools, dies, and fixtures
• Perform precision machining using manual equipment (mills, lathes, grinders)
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Maintain and troubleshoot production tooling to minimize downtime
• Inspect and test tooling to ensure quality and performance standards are met
• Support tooling improvements and modifications
• Follow all safety procedures and standards
• Operate overhead crane as required

Requirements

• Licensed Tool and Die Maker
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong experience with manual machining equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Experience in steel blanking or metal stamping preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: $46.35/hour + shift premium + bi yearly bonus
