Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- To support in preparation of TMI proposal and submission to customer after obtaining necessary training.
- Arranging the quotes from various sub-vendors to support the proposal preparation.
- Ensure to develop hands-on experience on all internal processes and systems like CRM, Order processing co-ordination till the delivery.
- To attend the teleconference on weekly basis and attend monthly Sales team meeting in TMI Department, coordination with country sales teams for accounts/issues/concern among the Sales TEAM and support Sales Manager to prepare for the Monthly report.
- Understand customer applications and recommend suitable T&M products and solutions.
- Customer visits for product presentations once the adequate training is completed.
- Product demonstrations to customers – explaining the features and benefits of the products and solutions.
- Track opportunities and maintain CRM updates.
- Assist customers with installation, configuration, operation, and troubleshooting of Yokogawa T&M product
Qualification and Experience
- Degree in Engineering. Electronics & Communication or Electronics & Instrumentation or Electrical.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge may also be considered.
- Driving license will be added advantage.
