 What You’ll Do

This hands-on role provides engineering support and quality assurance across civil infrastructure projects, helping ensure projects are delivered to client expectations. The position offers genuine exposure to project delivery and the opportunity to grow under experienced Senior Engineers and Management. 

• Analysing design documents to support construction methodology development
• Assisting with the preparation, implementation and revision of construction programs
• Supporting the achievement of key project milestones
• Assisting the Project Manager with statutory approvals and project authorisations
• Working with the Site Supervisor to organise materials, plant and resources
• Providing on-site supervision of project staff and resources
• Supporting effective project delivery across civil infrastructure works
• Contributing to weekly project cost reviews
• Responding to underperforming activities and helping improve project outcomes
• Reviewing construction documents to identify client quality requirements
• Coordinating, monitoring and controlling required quality testing
• Ensuring works comply with project specifications and quality standards

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by Engineers Australia
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to apply engineering principles to civil infrastructure construction
• Experience conducting quality investigations and reporting findings
• Experience supervising and directing project resources
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
