Title: Technical Engineer IV

 

Job Location: One Seneca Street, Buffalo, NY 14203. Position requires in-office work four (4) days every week.

 

Job Description: Monitor, setup, and schedule RPA processes, ensuring efficient deployment and smooth operations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in process workflows to maintain seamless automation. Create and manage incident tickets, particularly through IT Service Management tools (preferably ServiceNow). Analyze current processes, identifying and resolving issues or trends for optimal automation performance. Communicate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide updates, and gather feedback on automation improvements. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for automated processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work autonomously to support rapid process changes. Work closely with Technology management, senior Engineers, and support teams on a regular basis to implement and manage the design, development, and execution of technical solutions that meet or exceed current and future needs of the organization. Creation of support and architectural documentation, standards, policies, analysis, and testing. Regularly and independently interact with business partners of varying associate and management levels to ensure clarity of the problem/opportunity and elicit business requirements. Coordinate vendor interactions and/or vendor resources as needed. Mentor and coach less experienced engineers, technicians, and integrators. Review documentation, proposals, and changes proposed by less experienced staff. Seek to expand knowledge and understanding of Financial Services trends, practices, and technologies on a continuous basis. Follow and promote use of industry best practices, standards and procedures.

 

Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field of study plus six (6) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Software Developer, Solutions Developers, or related occupation.

 

Position requires five (5) years of experience in each of the following:

• RPA (Robotic process automation);
• Blue prism;
• PowerBI;
• API integration;
• Data base integration;
• Service now; and
• Change management.

Salary: $163,713.00 – $173,713.00 per year
