Advanced Specialty Care, P.C. is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to join our Allergy & Asthma Department, providing clinical support under the direction of licensed healthcare professionals. Our board-certified allergists are experts in diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, including asthma; nasal and eye allergies; sinus infections; food, drug, and skin allergies; stinging insect allergies; and environmental or seasonal sensitivities.
Objectives:
- Provide clinical support to our Allergy & Asthma providers and patients.
- Assist with routine patient care while providing a high-quality, patient-focused experience.
- Adhere to practice protocols and processes while supporting efficient clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and room patients for examinations.
- Provide patient education as directed.
- Perform allergy testing in accordance with department protocols.
- Assist providers with routine patient care and clinical needs.
- Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries.
- Document patient information within the electronic health record.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and patient service skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
- On-the-job training will be provided.

Work Schedule:
- Full Time – minimum of 32 hours/week; schedule is based on department needs.
Compensation:
- Pay Range $22–$30 per hour.
- Bonus offered: $3,000.
