Main Responsibilities
1. Organize end-to-end crew interview activities and interview panels.
2. Coordinate crew promotion processes. Manage crew promotion processes (crew promotions)
3. Liaise with the Medical Center to schedule and manage crew Medical Check-Ups (MCU) prior to vessel departure.
4. Ensure the implementation of Environmental, Quality, and OHS Management Systems, including risk identification, documentation, and control within the department.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in Human Capital or Recruitment; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, interviewing techniques, and candidate selection.
- Prior experience in a Crewing Agency, Manning Agency, or Maritime industry is preferred.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and well-organized in managing recruitment administration.
