Location – Minhang, Shanghai

Your key responsibilities

• Operates the machines under global best practices & standard operating procedures to deliver fragrance oils as the business priorities & the due delivery dates. Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices guidelines for each robot operation.
• Performs the first level of maintenance and simple repair operations (Nominal values, clean up part of machine ....) as per the global Standard operating procedures.
• Manages the stocks & ensures permanent availability and freshness of raw materials, packaging and consumables.
• Identifies operational inefficiencies & potential improvement points by data analysis, adopts a culture of continuous improvement and actively participates in LEAN projects.
• Understands and monitors the KPIs with all digital tools to deliver local site targets for automation ratio, Service rate and Punctuality rate
• Ensures all operations are done in compliance with Corporate HSS&E procedures and proactively contributes to the improvement of laboratory safety. Maintains a clean and well-organized work environment. Reports any nonconformance to the laboratory supervisor or manager, proposes and tests solutions

You bring

• Years of experience in the job or similar machine with mechanic/robotic/electronic background is preferred but also welcome the fresh graduate who is willing to be in the fragrance industry.
• Patient, careful, pre-active, accurate & well organized.
• Own a good practical ability, be able to handle multiple projects in a methodical manner with short deadlines.
• With basic English listen and written ability.
• PC tools: Microsoft package
