What you will be doing
You will be on a development journey to guide your growth into the role of Project Coordinator - Post Merger Integration (PMI) and can expect to be involved in the following:
PMI HRBP/HR Digital projects: data and document migration and HRIS system integration projects, reviewing, cleaning and auditing employee data, as well as ensuring HR data compliance with state laws and regulations. This may also include support with integrating newly acquired entities onboarding projects, performance management cycles and talent programs.
Finance projects: support quarterly reporting, budgeting for various functions and OpEx (Operating Expenditure).
PMI leadership projects - supporting governance, tracking and completion rates for PMI projects. This can include completing briefing slide decks for the leadership team and supporting data reports (ex. headcount reporting across the 3 entities)
IT/Operations/Facilities Projects - support the system integration and change management efforts of the future ERP system changes, coordinate with all departments that are impacted by the ERP system changes, support facilities team with checking IT requirements related to facilities.
Learning various tools including: SAP, Gsuite and Skywise (internal analytics tool)
Acquiring skills in the following fields: project management, data analysis, communications with stakeholders, teamwork, market intelligence and leadership
Hands on experience leading/supporting projects in an aviation parts distribution warehouse, repair center, and used aircraft material environment
Your development journey will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position.
At the end of the two year development programme, you will have developed into one of the following positions: Process and Performance Specialist/Manager, Supply Chain Analyst, Project Management role or other similar role!
What we are looking for
To be a successful applicant, you will need to demonstrate you have:
- A degree level or equivalent within Bachelors degree in Finance, Management, Information Technology/Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Supply Chain or International Business.
- Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of Finance, Management, Information Technology/Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Supply Chain or International Business
- Based in Herndon, VA and able to travel for some long term assignments to our other US based locations.
- Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)
- A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
- The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
- Ability to work in the US without current or future need of visa sponsorship.

- Pushing / Pulling: able to push and pull small office furniture and some equipment and tools. Rarely required.
- Sitting: able to sit for long periods of time in meetings, working on computer. Required daily.
- Squatting / Kneeling: able to squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving. Required infrequently.
- Standing: able to stand for discussions in offices or on production floor. Required daily.
- Travel: able to travel independently and at short notice. Approximately 5% - 10%.
- Walking: able to walk through office and production areas including uneven surfaces. Required daily.
- Personal Protective Equipment required: steel toed shoes are required for all shop floor visits; appropriate hearing/eye protection may also be required when visiting the shop floor 100%
