This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a critical event function, ensuring thousands of stakeholders have the right access, at the right time, to help deliver one of the world's most iconic sporting events.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As Accreditation Operations Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end accreditation programme, from strategic planning through to onsite delivery.
You'll work across multiple Ryder Cup functional areas, venue operations teams, security providers, technology partners and governing bodies to create and deliver a seamless accreditation operation.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the Ryder Cup accreditation programme from planning through to event delivery.
Developing and managing accreditation systems, workflows and approval processes.
Building and maintaining the accreditation matrix across all venue zones.
Managing stakeholder access requirements and accreditation policies.
Overseeing accreditation production, distribution and reconciliation.
Managing accreditation centres and onsite operations during tournament delivery.
Leading temporary accreditation staff and volunteers.
Working closely with security, venue operations, media, hospitality, transportation and volunteer teams to deliver exceptional operational outcomes.
Supporting testing, operational readiness exercises and venue integration activities.
Resolving complex operational challenges in a high-pressure live event environment
What We’re Looking For:
We're looking for someone who's already delivered accreditation or access management within major sporting events, tournaments, festivals, exhibitions or other large-scale live event environments.
You'll bring:
Proven experience managing accreditation operations for major events.
Experience using accreditation, registration or access-control systems.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
Experience managing large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.
The ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and suppliers.
Confidence making decisions in fast-moving operational environments.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of venue security and access-control principles.
Why Join Us?
Play a key role in delivering one of the most prestigious events in global sport.
Work alongside experienced major event professionals.
Influence how accreditation is planned and delivered across an internationally recognised event.
Be part of a high-performing team committed to operational excellence.
Experience the excitement of bringing a world-class sporting event to life.
No two days will be the same. You'll help shape the accreditation strategy, solve complex operational challenges and see your work come to life on one of sport's biggest stages.
