Qualifications / Certifications Required
Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
PRINCE2 Practitioner / Project Management Professional (PMP) /Agile Project Management, Certified Scrum or equivalent delivery qualification desirable.
Financial services, business analysis or change management certification desirable.
Experience Required
Experience in banking, insurance or financial services environments, ideally combined with a management consulting or large-scale transformation background
Business analysis experience on digitally enabled programmes
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead teams and deliver results.
Experience leading workstreams or projects within transformation programmes, including planning, coordination, quality assurance and delivery oversight.
Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including Directors, Programme Sponsors and Operational Leaders.
Responsibilities of Role
Lead business analysis activities across banking, insurance and financial services transformation programmes.
Support SAP-enabled and digitally enabled transformation initiatives within financial services organisations.
Define, document and validate business requirements, processes and solution needs for transformation programmes.
Apply project management and change management methodologies to support successful programme delivery.
Collaboratively work with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver complex problems with a key focus on benefits realisation and sustained value creation.
Anticipate stakeholder needs, developing and discussing potential solutions pre-emptively.
Lead transformation workstreams and provide coaching, guidance and oversight to junior team members.
Build and maintain trusted stakeholder relationships, facilitating senior-level workshops and supporting strategic decision-making throughout programme delivery.
