Functional (job responsibilities)
- To draft and document user requirement, perform system test (UAT) and liaise with vendors/PMO for
- systems and infrastructure related matters.
- Seek opportunities by leveraging on technology capability.
- To facilitate incentive preparation and computation.
- Facilitate and liaise with GITA on network infrastructure, frontend system, backup management and capacity.
- Liaise with IT and vendors on problem solving and other IT activities.
- Provide support and training to internal and external users.
- Develop procedures and participate in the planning and testing of the company’s disaster recovery plan for computing services
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
- Work with Sales Managers on department IT related matters.
- Implement IT security standards and procedures.
Organizational (organizational responsibilities)
- Ensuring department controls are in place and process flows are complying to audit, regulatory, and compliance.
- Respect the HLB culture & take an active role in the communities.
