As a HR Graduate at ICON, you will support various human resources functions and initiatives, gaining valuable experience in the field. You will collaborate with HR professionals to enhance employee engagement, recruitment, and development efforts within the organization.
What You Will Do:
You will take responsibility for human resources deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
• Collaborating with HR CoE in setting up HR records for the new joiner and rolling out employment contracts.
• Ensure new hires joining ICON are Compliance Screened
• Provide responses and guidance to new joiner with regular follow-ups on submission of documents to complete the onboarding.
• Co-deliver global background checks process, supporting HR CoE with reporting.
• Produce work that is accurate, thorough, and demonstrate compliance with sufficient analysis to meet the customers’ requirements, evidenced by minimal to nil re-work, escalations or quality feedback.
• Support various other HR process from hire to retire.
• Complete required volume of work & projects by deadlines, measured on meeting SLAs and delivery on projects and activities as assigned.
• Contribute to the creation of solutions to improve and standardize (globally where possible) the service by Identifying and recommending opportunities for improvements.
• Assess and allocate variable work that comes into the Service Centre
• Ensure Individual development and continual service improvements
Your Profile:
You will bring relevant human resources experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required qualifications and experience:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which centers around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.
• Deliver services (both transactional and support) from the Portfolio of Services to internal customers (new hires and employees) within agreed serv ice levels
• Provide responses to and guidance to right through hiring cycle
• As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
• Work closely with TLs and Managers to ensure smooth transition and escalation of issues to them as required and to ensure that all issues raised by new hires / employees are followed up as appropriate
• As a member of the HR Service Centre provide outstanding customer service to all internal (and external) customers including any 3rd parties
• Contribute to the creation of solutions to improve and standardize (globally where possible) the service by identifying and recommending opportunities for improvement
• Assess and allocate variable work that comes into the Service Centre
• Ensure Individual development and continual service improvement
• Other duties as assigned
