Responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Operate CNC lathes and CNC milling machines (including EMCO, DMG, and HERMLE machines with Siemens controls) to ensure efficient and effective production.
Programming and Setup: Independently program and set up machines using Siemens controls and specialized CNC software to ensure accuracy and precision.
Process Management: Oversee the entire production process from programming to finished product, with a focus on express manufacturing, prototyping, single-part production, and small-batch manufacturing.
Production: Perform single-part, prototype, and series production, primarily focusing on small batches as well as custom components and sealing solutions manufactured from various materials, including stainless steel, thermoplastics, and elastomers.
Documentation: Create and maintain process and quality documentation to ensure compliance and professionalism.
Process Improvement: Support process engineers in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
Education: Completed vocational training in a technical field, such as Machining Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Toolmaker, or a comparable qualification.
Experience: Ideally 3-5 years of professional experience in CNC machining, including experience working with metals and/or plastics, particularly thermoplastics and elastomers.
Language Skills: Good command of German, both written and spoken.
