- Coordinate central initiatives and network changes across regional logistics teams, Global Supply Chain Analytics, Warehousing, Trade Compliance, Planning, Procurement, Finance, and other business partners.
- Develop strong TMS knowledge and cross-train on essential team processes to support onboarding, knowledge sharing, and backup coverage.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain operations, carrier or third-party logistics management, sourcing, service-provider performance management, or business analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, operations, economics, or another relevant field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated business insight and ability to connect logistics activity and performance to cost, service, risk, customer impact, and broader supply chain objectives.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills, with the confidence to engage external partners and senior internal collaborators.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; experience with Power BI, transportation management systems, SQL, Snowflake, or other supply chain technologies is desired but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret performance data, identify root causes, and convert findings into practical recommendations and action plans.
- Experience supporting quarterly business reviews, scorecards, contracts, requests for proposal, user or partner onboarding, standard operating procedures, or continuous improvement initiatives is preferred.
- Organized, accountable, and comfortable leading multiple priorities across global time zones with limited supervision.
