Department Overview
The Integrated Investment Team leads end‑to‑end media investment across linear, digital direct, audio, and programmatic channels. The team is responsible for delivering integrated, performance‑driven media solutions while maximizing trade value, spread, and long‑term partner opportunities. Integrated Investment works in close partnership with Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Analytics, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure best‑in‑class execution and scalable growth.
Position Summary
The Programmatic Associate supports the execution and maintenance of programmatic campaigns across Evergreen Trading’s client portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy in campaign setup, reporting, and pacing while contributing to high-quality delivery across the full investment lifecycle.
The Programmatic Associate plays a critical role in supporting Buyers and Supervisors through reporting, QA, campaign tracking, and operational execution, ensuring campaigns launch correctly, pace efficiently, and are properly documented.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Support
- Support Buyers in campaign setup and execution across DSPs, including trafficking, creative uploads, third-party pixel integration and platform configuration.
- Assist in compiling campaign requirements (audiences, geo, KPIs, creative specs) and organizing inputs for launch.
- Draft and send launch confirmation communications and provide proof of launch (screenshots, tags, etc.).
Reporting, QA & Stewardship
- Pull, QA, and maintain daily and weekly reporting, ensuring accuracy across pacing, delivery, and performance metrics.
- Monitor spend, impressions, pacing, and delivery to flag discrepancies or risks to Buyers/Supervisors.
- Provide QA support across campaign lifecycle, including launch verification, reporting templates, and data validation.
Operational & Campaign Lifecycle Support
- Support campaign trafficking workflows including tag QA, creative validation, and ad server troubleshooting.
- Assist in campaign reconciliation and posting processes, including pulling data and preparing documentation.
- Maintain detailed campaign records, documentation, and trackers across internal systems.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 0–2 years of experience in digital media or programmatic buying
- Exposure to DSP platforms or ad tech environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools

Compensation: $58,500
