About the Role:
This role owns the full registration and admissions process for a school, from first inquiry through enrollment close, for both new and returning students. The director keeps immunization records and family data accurate and current, and steps in personally when a tuition conversation needs to close before a seat is confirmed.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Registration
- Lead the full student registration and admissions process for new and returning students
- Ensure a seamless, organized, and welcoming registration experience for all families
Records Management
- Manage student immunization records
- Keep the family and student database accurate, complete, and up to date
Family & Tuition Support
- Guide and support families throughout the enrollment process
- Assist with tuition discussions and close families on tuition rates and payment arrangements when necessary
