Facility Ambassador-JLL
What this job involves:
As a Facility Ambassador at JLL, you'll serve as the vital connection point between our clients, their employees, and the exceptional workplace experience we deliver every day. This full-time, on-site role places you at the center of operations where you'll manage everything from event coordination and vendor relationships to work order ticketing and emergency response. You'll be the go-to problem solver who anticipates needs, responds with professionalism, and ensures every detail aligns with service level agreements and client expectations. What your day-to-day will look like:
• Act as the primary point of contact for all employee inquiries, issues, and feedback related to workplace services, managing tickets through the CMMS system from creation through resolution
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with service level agreements and safety standards
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events, meetings, and conference room setups while managing all associated logistics, catering, and equipment needs
• Manage third-party vendor performance including coordinating service delivery, tracking work order completion, validating invoices, and communicating unresolved items to appropriate stakeholders
• Support the Facility Management and Engineering teams with budgetary requests, financial analysis, purchasing, and tactical planning to achieve cost savings targets and performance goals
• Provide reception support, manage building access passes, coordinate mail and courier services, and maintain office supplies while serving as the onsite emergency point of contact
• Collect, analyze, and report data to ensure alignment with client goals, monitor key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement
Required qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• 2+ years of relevant experience in hospitality, vendor management, facility management, property management, or event coordination
• Proven track record in event planning and execution with strong organizational and process management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Exceptional customer service skills with professional communication abilities and genuine passion for creating positive hospitality experiences
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment across diverse situations while working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
• Strong time management and prioritization capabilities with proven success managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for work order ticketing and tracking
• Background working with service level agreements, key performance indicators, and client satisfaction measurement systems
• Familiarity with facility operations including janitorial services, food service, conference room technology, and building maintenance coordination
• Knowledge of financial reporting, invoice validation, and budget management processes within facilities or property management contexts
• Experience supporting compliance with safety regulations, hazard assessments, and local ordinances and codes
Location: San Francisco,CA
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm

Estimated compensation for this position:
59,400.00 – 70,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
