As a Commercial Finance Partner at Emergn you will support the commercial finance work behind how our business grows, from pricing and margins to the terms of our commercial deals.
We want you to:
- Support the commercial finance side of the business, including pricing, margin analysis, and the commercial terms within contracts.
- Partner with sales, operations, and legal teams to provide financial insight that shapes commercial decisions.
- Produce financial analysis, forecasts, and reporting to support the business.
- Help review and negotiate commercial contracts, ensuring terms are sound and consistent with company policies.
- Learn and grow into the financial operations around our intellectual property, including licensing and transfer pricing (full training and support provided).
This job might be for you if you have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Some experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical finance role.
- Strong analytical skills and good commercial judgement.
- Good communication and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn the IP and tax side of the role.
