About the role 

As a Specialist, Industrial Engineering, you will drive productivity and operational efficiency by analyzing manufacturing processes and identifying improvement opportunities. You will lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives, optimize layouts and workstations, and support waste reduction efforts. This role focuses on delivering measurable cost savings, improving production performance, and enhancing overall operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities 

As a Specialist, Industrial Engineering, you'll be responsible for: 

• Analyze production processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Design and optimize layouts and workstations.
• Increase productivity of production lines.
• Reduce waste and non-value-added activities.
• Generate annual savings through continuous improvement projects.

Requirements 

We are looking for people who are proactive. If this is you, get in touch. 

As a minimum you must have: 

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or continuous improvement.
• Participation in Lean Manufacturing projects.
• Experience in time and motion studies.
• Advanced English
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (preferred)
