We have an excellent opportunity to join the Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) business area of the Global Sensors & Mission Systems (GSMS) Mission Area as a Principal Specialist (P3) within the Development, Test & Growth Business Area as the lead of the RSTAC and National Team programs. This position requires proactive leadership and interaction with Program Area Directors, Program Managers, and customer representatives from finance and contracts teams to ensure alignment regarding strategy, operating and financial objectives. The candidate’s responsibilities include the day-to-day execution of the program, managing all aspects of Earned Value and Estimate at Completion (EAC).
The selected candidate must be able to work under deadlines and constraints as well as have the ability to multitask across program requirements. This position requires the ability to provide top level program planning and control guidance as well as the ability to summarize, package, and present information to all levels of management.
What You Will Do
- Help establish and maintain the overall baseline that is compliant with the program instruction, internal EVM policy and 10255
- Support and develop the detailed cost CDRLs including Contractor Funding Summary Report (CFSRs), Cost Data Summary Report (1921), and Functional Cost Hour Report (1921-1)
- Coordinate development of quarterly Estimates at Complete, Budget Change Request (BCRs) coordination and implementation
- Provide thorough cost and schedule analysis
- Partnership with Program Management and cross functional leads to support program execution
- Prepare finance charts for Program Management Reviews and other reporting activities as required
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience
- Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Program Controls (Cost/Schedule), and/or Estimate at Completion (EAC) Process
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and/or PowerPoint)
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience with Finance Business Systems: APEX, PRISM, Analysis for Office and/or Rplan
- Working knowledge of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced work environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines, work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
- Must be independent and self-motivated
- Prior experience in Program Cost Controls and EVMS audit/surveillance experience

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
