Job Summary

As a member of the Risk Adjustment Execution & Enablement team, this role supports medical record retrieval operations by working with medical records, claims, and eligibility data to deliver actionable reporting and analysis. This position is responsible for creating reports, insights, and analytics in support of the division; creating specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs; and producing datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools. The position interfaces between the business, divisional data teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to support the secure retrieval, movement, storage, and processing of healthcare data. Responsibilities include analyzing complex business problems and issues using internal and external data sources, identifying and interpreting trends and patterns, assisting with research related to strategic initiatives, and generating tools and analyses that drive business decisions. The role works closely with customers and partners to build relationships while continuously gaining a deeper understanding of the division's data to meet evolving business needs.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree and 4 years of analytical experience in relationship management or driving analytics insights into action OR 9 years of analytical experience in relationship management or driving analytics insights into action.

• Experience gathering and document business requirements in support of information-related strategies.

• Experience solving complex problems; Experience taking a new perspective using existing solutions.

• Knowledge of various software development processes, including SDLC, Agile methodologies, and tools and technologies.

• Experience creating and conducting presentations to inform and influence.

• Experience in leading functional teams and projects.

• Experience with SAS, SPSS, R, MATLAB, SQL, Python etc.

• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

• PC proficiency with Microsoft applications including Access, Excel, Word and Power Point.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in business, engineering or mathematics.

• Master degree.

• Healthcare experience in business development, business analytics, or innovation management

• Experience with healthcare data, including medical records, claims, eligibility data, and PHI.

• Knowledge of ACA and/or Medicare Advantage (MA) Risk Adjustment.

• Experience with medical record retrieval and healthcare data operations.

• Proficiency in SQL and querying large datasets.

• Experience with Teradata and Alteryx.

• Experience managing vendor relationships and cross-functional initiatives.

• Experience working with large-scale data storage, processing, and file management.

Locations: Chicago, IL or Richardson, TX

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$84,400.00 - $152,300.00
