We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Health & Benefits Multinational team at Marsh People & Investments. This role will be based in New York City and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.
As a Global Benefits Account Specialist, you will support multinational clients in managing employee benefit programs across multiple countries. Working closely with global account leaders and local brokerage teams, you'll help coordinate renewals, track project deliverables, and ensure programs align with client objectives. This role offers the opportunity to build expertise in global benefits, collaborate with stakeholders around the world, and leverage innovative technology and reporting tools to deliver exceptional client service!
We will count on you to:
- Manage project deliverables for client implementations, ongoing program management, and renewals
- Monitor global employee benefit programs, including tracking renewal progress and summarizing key terms
- Thrive and be motivated by an environment that embraces AI and technology-enabled tools
- Track project milestones and provide status updates to clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders
- Serve as a liaison between global clients and local brokerage teams to support effective communication and execution
- Provide renewal guidance to local brokerage teams and help manage project timelines
- Communicate and collaborate with clients, consultants, brokers, carriers, and internal partners
- Define data and reporting requirements within Global Benefits Management tools and platforms
- Prepare, review, and deliver client reports, presentations, and other key deliverables
- Ensure processes, procedures, and quality standards are consistently followed
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
- Experience in a client-facing role, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate complex information
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented with a commitment to quality and meeting deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative

- Experience and knowledge in employee benefits, benefits administration, or benefits management
- Fluency in one or more additional languages and/or international business experience highly desired
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent)
- Experience working with global teams and cross-border programs
