Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and leading group and individual activities
- Support recreational programs that promote social engagement and well-being
- Encourage resident participation in daily events and special activities
- Help create a positive, fun, and supportive community environment
- Work collaboratively with the activities and care team
Qualifications
What We're Looking For- Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others
- Creativity and enthusiasm for planning fun and engaging activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with seniors is helpful but not required
- Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
Schedule & Availability
- Part-Time Hour
- 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) available
