What You’ll Do:

  • Support program execution coordination for large-scale enterprise transformation programs, including S/4HANA migration and other cross-functional strategic initiatives.

  • Maintain integrated program plans by tracking milestones, key activities, dependencies, decision points, and readiness needs across workstreams.

  • Document and manage RAID items, including risks, actions, issues, and dependencies, and help ensure owners, due dates, and follow-ups are clear.

  • Prepare milestone, dependency, and status communications that help program leaders and stakeholders understand progress, blockers, and upcoming decisions.

  • Support executive reporting preparation by collecting updates, organizing content, validating data quality, and formatting materials for leadership reviews.

  • Assist with training and adoption materials that help project teams follow program governance standards and delivery expectations.

  • Coordinate program meetings, governance forums, and workstream check-ins by preparing agendas, capturing notes, tracking decisions, and organizing follow-up.

  • Help identify gaps in execution discipline, documentation quality, and readiness tracking, then recommend practical improvements to program leadership.

  • Promote consistency, transparency, and operational excellence across transformation programs through strong coordination, organization, and follow-through
