Job Description
Where you’ll fit in & what our team goals are…This is an exciting opportunity to provide Personal Assistant and administrative support to a busy Real Estate team of seven professionals, including a Fund Director, Asset Managers, an ESG Lead and a Research Manager. You'll help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations, balancing priorities, coordinating business activities and supporting key reporting and governance requirements.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll coordinate reports and presentations, manage governance deadlines, arrange meetings and travel, support compliance processes and provide high-quality administrative support. A key focus will be ensuring reports and presentations are updated, approved and distributed on time.

How you'll spend your time...
Reporting & Governance
- Manage reporting schedules, governance deliverables and distribution lists.
- Coordinate updates from contributors and monitor key business dates.
- Ensure reports and presentations are reviewed and distributed on time.
Compliance Support
- Coordinate document approvals and support governance processes.
- Ensure materials meet company standards before distribution.
Diary & Meeting Management
- Manage team calendars and diaries.
- Coordinate meetings, logistics, rooms and catering where required.
Minutes & Action Tracking
- Prepare meeting minutes, record actions and decisions, and monitor follow-up activity.
Property Administration
- Maintain property records and databases.
- Update information and produce reports from internal systems.
Travel Coordination
- Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries across the UK and Europe.
To be successful in this role you will have...
Skills & Experience
- Previous PA, EA or senior administrative support experience.
- Strong diary, meeting and travel management skills.
- Experience preparing minutes, tracking actions and coordinating documentation.
- Proven ability to manage reporting schedules, governance deliverables and stakeholder communications.
- Experience maintaining records and generating reports.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
- Comfortable using new technologies and AI-powered tools.
- Experience maintaining internal systems and databases.

Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week.
