About the Role
The position is responsible for working with business leaders and line managers to build people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organizational objectives.• Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
• Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the CoEs to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations and CBA issues in consultation with the Disciplinary Committee and Management team respectively.
• Ensures compliance on HR policies and procedures which includes taking into account the Governance, Risk and Compliance framework.
• Leads change management projects for the assigned functions.
• Manage the succession pipeline to ensure stability of the organization.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers (e.g coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary action)
• Works with management and employees to build morale, increase productivity and retention.
• Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
• Identifies training needs and executive coaching needs.
• Provides guidance and input on organization design, restructures and workforce planning.
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree or professional HR certification is an advantage.
Experience
• Minimum 10–12 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to HR Business Partnering, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Proven experience working with senior business leaders and line managers to drive people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases, disciplinary processes, CBA management.
• Strong background in workforce planning, succession planning, and organization design.
Technical / Functional Skills
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR policies, and employee relations practices.
• Experience in performance management, talent management, and succession planning frameworks.
• Ability to analyze HR metrics and workforce data to support decision-making.
• Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office applications. Strong organizational and project management capability with attention to detail.
Leadership & Business Skills
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management capability.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and influencing skills when working with senior leaders.
• Ability to lead organizational change initiatives and people transformation programs.
• Demonstrates ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality HR solutions that support business outcomes.
