The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $70,600 - $92,600. The offered salary will be based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills and qualifications.
Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) currently has an exciting opportunity within our Dealer Standards & Sales Operations department. This is 12-month contract/acting opportunity and will report to the Manager, Business Development & Fleet.
The selected candidate will be supporting Fleet business through sales & incentives planning and completion of commercial & government tender processes. This individual provides ongoing customer support of all national fleet accounts, including government, commercial elite & daily rental. The successful candidate will deliver data analysis and insights into further business development opportunities.

What You’ll be Doing:
Support with the development of the annual fleet sales plan and model year incentives programs; monitor and update as required on an ongoing basis
Coordinate and complete annual tender process for commercial and government clients, including collection/summary of required information from internal departments, completion of the required documentation and final submission to the clients
Receive and process orders for all tendered accounts, including coordination with related departments (Sales & Inventory Planning) to ensure on-time delivery within client-requested timelines
Reconciliation of volume incentive payments to commercial and daily rental customers on prescribed time schedule
Prepare required documentation to facilitate payment of tendered government business, ensuring smooth Dealer cost recovery for each deal
Primary customer relations contact for all tendered government business, including inquiries into order/delivery, payments, product availability, etc.
Key internal contact for Zone Sales Coordinators regarding tender-specific inquiries
Assist with fleet promotional events
Provides sales analysis support to fleet team to improve understanding of historical/current business with specific clients thereby facilitating future business planning
What You’ll Bring:
University/college diploma in Business or related discipline
1-3 years sales-related experience, automotive experience preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word & PowerPoint
Self-starter who can work with limited supervision
Proven ability to improve work processes to increase efficiencies
Excellent oral & written communication skills
Strong analytical, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational & time management skills
Ability to function well in a team environment
Focus on customer satisfaction
Bilingual (English-French) is preferred
Valid Driver’s License
