Requirements

A seasonal associate is empowered to create an amazing and personal shopping event for all customers by providing the unparalleled customer service experience that Bering’s is well-known for.

Depending on your assigned role, you may:

• Welcome customers and provide a warm, helpful, personalized shopping experience.
• Listen to customer needs and recommend merchandise with confidence.
• Assist customers with product questions, purchase decisions, and special orders.
• Keep sales floors clean, organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Receive, unpack, ticket, organize, replenish, and move merchandise.
• Support inventory organization, stockroom upkeep, and timely product replenishment.
• Work with store leaders and teammates to meet daily priorities during the busy holiday season.
• Follow store safety, loss-prevention, customer-service, and merchandising standards.

 What You Bring

• A positive, customer-first attitude and strong communication skills.
• Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to contribute to a team.
• Retail, customer service, stocking, fulfillment, warehouse, or hospitality experience is helpful, but not required.
• Willingness to learn about our products, systems, and service standards.
• Ability to stay organized, multitask, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a seasonal schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Responsibilities may include prolonged standing and walking, using ladders or step stools, pushing carts, and moving merchandise weighing up to 20 pounds.
