About this role
The Integrated Site Integrated Planner (SIP) primary role is to constantly improve our supply chain processes, you will be the key driver in Site Integrated Planning performance metrics to drive supply network improvements in cash, cost, and customer service through digitization. You will oversee developing and communicating valid daily production schedules for finished products and material requirements, consistent with the operating strategies of the Categories/Sites, using Standard Work Processes.
The role includes planning and coordination of stock transfers among the network nodes (including 3rd parties) in collaboration with production sites and Supply Planning teams.
You will be responsible for:
Continuously link with production sites to coordinate an efficient and prompt flow of products through the network.
Keep a detailed control of all stock movements among the networks
Set up stock transfer orders (STO’s) through SAP PO to fulfil stock requirements in each node.
The successful daily monitoring of sales & OOS stock with the intention of improving customer service.
Reporting of KPIs, monthly calls, weekly health tracker and/or risk assessments, SKU exceptions.
Manage for value across the Market’s Supply Chain (E.g., minimise write-offs, double handling, etc.)
Maintain master data in SAP. Data health check and system-based planning.
Communicates material requirement plans to suppliers and resolves conflicts.
Maintains valid production and supplier schedules in SAP
Communicates the Master Production Schedule with Site Operations and resolves conflicting priorities.
Manages run-out, discontinued, and obsolete materials.
Measures and drives continuous improvement in Standard Work Processes via digitization.
Participates in developing and renewing supplier Site-Level Execution Agreements (SLEAs)
Identifies critical supply constraints and develops action plans to avoid service impacts.
The required qualifications for this role are:
Experience working within the Production planning and material planning.
Consumer Packaged Goods Industry preferred.
Experience with advanced planning software within Supply Planning (SAP ECC/APO/OMP system and Business Intelligence/BW )
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in appropriate supply chain, mathematical, Logistics, engineering, or business degree APICS CPIM / CSCP or equivalent desirable
Baseline understanding of the end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes; Supply Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, Inventory Planning, Conversion, Logistics, Procurement and Customer Service
Strong analytical, organizational and decision-making skills.
Good communication skills – verbal, written and presentation.
Proficient in MS applications e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook
