We are seeking an ambitious, technology-driven individual who is passionate about AI to join our team as an AI Automation & Growth Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with leadership and play a role in shaping how AI is integrated throughout our organization.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will help create intelligent systems that generate a variety of real estate related leads, automate repetitive workflows, and improve overall business efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about emerging technologies, enjoys solving complex problems, and is eager to build practical AI solutions in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms, and automation tools.
- Develop automated lead generation systems for various real estate leads.
- Create AI-driven processes that assist with listing lead generation and marketing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify challenges and develop AI-based solutions.
- Design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows to improve business operations.
- Monitor, test, and continuously improve automation performance.
- Document workflows and maintain best practices for AI implementation.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Strong interest and skills in Artificial Intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HigheLevel and workflow automation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini.
Preferred: Experience with one or more of the following is considered an asset:
- Automation platforms such as Make n8n, Zapier, or similar tools.
- Prompt engineering.
- API integrations.
- Basic programming knowledge (Python or JavaScript is an asset but not required).
- SEO, AEO, or digital marketing automation.
