As a Baan Admin Consultant, you will help maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot Baan IV and ERP LN environments so users can work with stability, confidence, and minimal disruption.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Baan Admin Consultant with hands-on experience in ERP administration and application support. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day platform health, routine maintenance, user access support, and issue resolution across Baan IV and ERP LN landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Baan IV, ERP LN FP3, and LN 10.4 ERP applications.
• Monitor system health, performance, and resource utilization to help ensure stable operations.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching, upgrades, and cloning activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues with minimal downtime for end users.
• Handle user access management and support access-related requests in a controlled manner.
• Work with functional and technical teams to support production issues and operational changes.
• Document incidents, fixes, and maintenance activities accurately for ongoing support and continuity.

How You Will Do It

• Keep the ERP environment stable and responsive by monitoring performance trends, responding quickly to issues, and following disciplined administrative routines.
• Work with precision and accountability when carrying out patching, upgrades, cloning, and access changes.
• Stay close to the issue and the user impact so you can identify root causes and restore service efficiently.
• Collaborate across teams to coordinate fixes, reduce repeat incidents, and support smooth platform operations.
• Document clearly and completely so maintenance steps, resolutions, and environment changes are easy to trace and support.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience supporting ERP administration activities in Baan IV and ERP LN environments.
• Hands-on experience with Baan IV, ERP LN FP3, and LN 10.4 ERP administration or support.
• Strong understanding of application maintenance activities such as patching, upgrades, cloning, and user access management.
• Ability to troubleshoot platform issues and support production environments with minimal downtime.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with functional teams, technical teams, and business users.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and a structured approach to support and documentation.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Baan development, customization, or integration support.
• Working knowledge of Baan technical architecture, SQL, or data extraction activities.
• Experience supporting third-party interfaces or Baan EDI-related activities.
